The hotel is situated in a great location just a short walk from Maenporth Beach with views some great views of the coast possible from the hotel itself. The hotel is family run and their passion and devotion to the business was evident throughout my stay.
The bedroom was sufficiently accommodating, spacious and decorated to a high standard. Prior to my evening meal I was invited to relax in the comfy, characterful bar area where my order was taken. Once my meal was ready I was called through to the dining area which had some great views of the coastline and sea to enjoy along with the excellent food. I must compliment the staff as the food and service that evening was faultless as was the cooked breakfast the next morning.
I would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay whilst holidaying or working in the area. It would make a great base for a holiday or short stay. It'll definitely be my hotel of preference if I'm down this way again.
